Sick visits
Colds, sinus infections, UTIs, rashes, allergies, and the things that can't wait three weeks.
Your own provider, on your phone. Text anytime, book video visits on your schedule, and get labs at cost, all for one flat monthly price. $65 a month for the first 50 members.
Not health insurance. Not yet accepting patients.
Questions, refills, a photo of that rash. Message Christian straight from your phone. No phone tree, no front desk, no starting over with someone new.
Book from the couch, the truck, or your lunch break. Evening and Saturday times, so you don't burn a day off for a 10-minute visit.
Bloodwork is ordered on a cash-price lab account and passed to you at cost. Results land on your phone with a note that explains them in plain English.
Founding members pay $65 a month, and that rate stays locked as long as you're a member. You can pay with your HSA.
Most of what sends people to urgent care, or what they put off for months, can be handled by message or video with a provider who knows your history.

Christian Morón, MSN, APRN, FNP-C · Texas APRN license pending
I grew up in Beeville and spent ten years as a registered nurse, the last five in critical care and vascular access. Over and over I watched people put off care until it turned into an emergency, usually because of cost or a three-week wait for an appointment.
St. Matthew is the practice I wanted to exist: one provider you can actually reach, one honest price, and time to talk. I'll be the one reading your messages and seeing you on video.
“I want my patients to text me before a small problem turns into an emergency.”
One monthly price covers your everyday care. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Rate locked as long as you're a member. No enrollment fee.
Ages 18 and up, once founding spots are gone.
Partners or roommates in the same household.
That's what the average Texan on a marketplace plan paid per month in 2026, up from $57 the year before (KSAT). A membership doesn't replace insurance for emergencies or hospital stays, and we recommend keeping catastrophic coverage. For everyday care, it costs less and comes with a provider who knows you.
For Coastal Bend businesses with 2 to 50 people. Your crew gets the same membership, and you get one simple monthly bill.
No. I’m a registered nurse who has passed national family nurse practitioner boards, and my Texas APRN license is pending. Once licensed, in Texas, nurse practitioners diagnose, treat, order labs, and prescribe under a prescriptive authority agreement with a Texas physician, who is available for consultation.
No. It's a membership for primary care. You pay a flat monthly fee, and the services listed above are included. It doesn't cover emergencies, hospital stays, or specialists.
We recommend keeping catastrophic or high-deductible coverage for emergencies and hospital care. Many members pair the two: insurance for the big things, the membership for everyday care.
Yes. Starting in 2026, federal rules let you pay direct primary care fees from a health savings account when the fee is $150 a month or less for one person. Both our adult plans qualify.
Adults 18 and older who are in Texas at the time of each visit. We aren't able to accept Medicare patients. Plans for kids will come after launch.
Some problems need hands-on care. When that happens, we'll tell you where to go and help coordinate it. In-person home visits in Corpus Christi are planned as an add-on after launch.
As soon as Texas APRN licensing is complete, expected in late 2026. Founding enrollment opens to the waitlist first, in the order people signed up.
The waitlist only asks for contact details. Please don't send health information through this site. We'll only use your details to tell you when enrollment opens.
The first 50 people to enroll lock in $65 a month for as long as they stay. The waitlist gets first access, in signup order.
We'll email you before founding enrollment opens, so you can claim your $65 spot first.
